2. Description of Services

HiMobility provides an AI-powered mobility technology platform that delivers real-time intelligence across smart surfaces including:

• HiMobility Lens (Smart Glasses)
• HiMobility Pulse (Smartwatch)
• HiMobility Beam (HUD Display)
• HiMobility EchoNode (AI Speaker)
• HiMobility Hub (Mobile/Web Application)
• HiMobility OS (Platform and APIs)

3. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Tiers

• HiMobility Personal: Basic mobility features
• HiMobility Everywhere: Complete mobility suite
• Mobility+: Developer access and tools

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use the Services while operating vehicles unsafely

6. Intellectual Property Rights

HiMobility retains all rights to our technology, software, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services according to these Terms. The HiMobility name, logo, and product names are our trademarks.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Safety and Accessibility

Driving Safety

When using HiMobility services while driving, you must always prioritize road safety and comply with local traffic laws. Our HUD and smart glasses features are designed to minimize distraction, but you remain responsible for safe driving.

Accessibility Features

Our accessibility features (captioning, haptic feedback, visual alerts) are provided as aids but should not be relied upon as the sole means of accessing critical information in emergency situations.

9. Developer Program

Mobility+ subscribers may access our SDK and APIs subject to additional terms and conditions. Developers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIMOBILITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HiMobility LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
